We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Part Time Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales and brand awareness for our clients' products at major retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and brand awareness
  • Work effectively with store management to increase retail sales and execute client-driven merchandising initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail customers to drive sales and brand growth
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to clients to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of experience in retail or sales preferred
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
