About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to join our team at SPUD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development
    • Define and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and targets.
    • Develop and execute plans to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships
    • Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agency partners and media vendors.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Analyze and interpret marketing data to inform business decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Brand Management
    • Develop and implement brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels.
    • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Industry Trends and Insights
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Director-level position, or equivalent, in e-commerce, retail, or B2C marketing.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
