Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, both in-person and remotely, serving as a technical consultant and advisor throughout the pre-sales phase.
- Offer clients expert technical support and solution recommendations.
- Partner with the sales team to devise and implement effective sales strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships within client organizations.
- Act as the client representative for various Unilogik teams, including Sales, Services, and Marketing.
- Continuously enhance your professional expertise through training, reading, and mentorship opportunities.
- Maintain specialized knowledge in one or more technologies relevant to Unilogik's market focus through training and certification.
- Work alongside marketing, sales, and consulting teams to identify RFPs/RFIs as needed in the overall sales process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical pre-sales or consultancy within the information technology sector.
- Outstanding technical presentation and communication abilities.
- Capability to understand and interpret clients' business and technical requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating and communicating with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with complex enterprise solutions and architectures.
- Knowledge of the complete software development lifecycle.
- Experience with contemporary software development practices and associated technologies.
- Background in cloud computing and related technologies.
- Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Technical Expertise:
- Relevant certifications, such as Solutions Architect Associate or equivalent experience, are advantageous.
- Experience with emerging technologies, including public/private cloud, IaaS, PaaS, Linux Containers, and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in configuration management tools like Chef, Puppet, Ansible, SaltStack, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
- Knowledge of large-scale IP networking, firewall and VPN architectures, DNS, and load balancing techniques.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in popular programming languages such as Python, Bash, Golang, C, and Java.
- Familiarity with various software development methodologies, including waterfall and Agile (SCRUM, Kanban).
- Experience with modern development practices, including Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native technologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Prior software development experience is essential.
- Knowledge of continuous integration, continuous deployment, and cloud-native technologies.
