Key Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and interpret group benefit plan renewals to recommend negotiation positions.
- Analyze and compare insurance products, services, and contracts to provide informed recommendations.
- Perform plan audits and design deliverables for prospective clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare and draft client deliverables, including quarterly analysis of cost drivers and pricing impacts of design alternatives.
- Provide peer review of work completed by colleagues and support internal administration teams.
- Post-secondary education and/or related courses in group benefits (CEBS).
- Exceptional customer focus, attention to detail, and excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Intermediate to advanced-level proficiency with computers and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
