About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst and Data Modeler to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by turning data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Modeling: Conduct full lifecycle analysis, including requirements, activities, and design, to develop analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Agile Environment Collaboration: Work with internal businesses, project team members, and other teams on program planning, data integration, and technical integration activities.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for data integration and translation initiatives, coordinating with various stakeholders to mitigate and resolve complex technical data transformation issues.
  • Data Quality and Awareness: Map data sources, data movement, and interfaces to ensure data quality, awareness, visibility, and re-use.
  • Trend Analysis and Interpretation: Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Cloud Migration Experience: Experience in data migration to Cloud (Azure) is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Data Sets: Familiarity and experience with creating analytical data sets.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven working experience as a Data Analyst and Data Modeller.
  • Technical Expertise: Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • SQL Skills: Strong SQL skills, knowledge of RDBMS and Data lake concepts with hands-on experience in SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, and Postgres.
  • Data Warehousing Architecture: Strong knowledge of data warehousing architecture, data mining methodologies, and business intelligence.
  • Data Processing Languages: Knowledge of data processing languages, such as SQL, Python, or Scala.
