Food Service Manager

Blenz Coffee GranDavie is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food and beverage offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control decisions
- Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime
- 2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Blenz Coffee GranDavie is a dynamic and fast-paced coffee shop environment. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and maintain attention to detail in a busy setting.
