Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Industrial Sewing Machines: Safely and efficiently operate industrial sewing machines to produce a variety of textiles, including canvas, cotton, and synthetic materials.
  • Meet Production Standards: Meet or exceed production standards for quality, quantity, and efficiency.
  • Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance on industrial sewing machines to ensure optimal performance and extend machine lifespan.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work collaboratively with production team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Experience with industrial sewing machines, including double needle machines, hemmers, and sergers.
