Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at Ringaway Plumbing Heating & Cooling Ltd. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in various locations, including bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in plumbing.
  • Accurate, client-focused, and a team player.
