**Job Summary**

Pharmascience is seeking a highly skilled Scientific Researcher to join our team in the development of oral dosage forms and other specialized dosage forms. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for developing robust, scalable, and stable formulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop oral solid dosage forms or other specialized dosage forms, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Evaluate innovator products, literature, intellectual property landscapes, formulations, and processes to develop new products.
  • Author and prepare all necessary documents, including batch records and milestone reports, in accordance with company procedures.
  • Manufacture development lots and set up equipment as needed, adhering to GLP and GMP guidelines.
  • Interact with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure seamless development and execution of tasks.
  • Review and approve milestone batch records, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Assist in the manufacturing of milestone batches and participate in regulatory, internal, and client audits as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Follow all relevant safety and working procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Tabulate and analyze data to inform product development decisions.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our research and development processes.
  • Support additional activities as needed, aligning with company goals and objectives.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Deep knowledge of solid oral dosage form development and familiarity with GLP and GMP principles.
  • Understanding of manufacturing equipment and techniques, as well as best practices in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
