- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning and maintenance supplies and services.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain the hotel's facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties: Assist cleaners in performing their duties, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
- Coordinate Work Activities with Other Departments: Coordinate work activities with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for cleaning and maintenance staff, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
- 5-10 Years of Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Parking Available: Parking available for employees.
- Permanent Work Term: Permanent work term with a minimum of 35-40 hours per week.
- English Language: English language proficiency required.
