Senior Salesforce Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Global Wealth Management Engineering Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions for Enterprise-level projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other cloud-based application systems
  • Develop and maintain Apex, Visual Force Pages, and Salesforce Lightning Components
  • Work with middleware products such as Talend, Jitterbit, Informatica, and Mulesoft
  • Support the business team in the proper use of Salesforce, focusing on configuration rather than customization
  • Investigate failures, perform root cause analysis, and create detailed error reports
  • Participate in QA processes and provide input on best practices for implementing Salesforce
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform and overall 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud (desired)
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Data Loader, Talend
  • Knowledge of deployment processes and release pipelines
  • Experience with Salesforce DX (desired, not required)
  • Good understanding of packaged-based deployments, Metadata API, and Ant
  • A minimum of 1+ year experience with Salesforce Lightning Components and Aura Framework
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Experience in agile methodologies like SCRUM/Kanban
  • At least 3 or more certifications on Salesforce from the following: Salesforce Developer 1, Salesforce Developer 2, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud consultant
