Job Description

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Radio Frequency Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical guidance and support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of radio frequency systems.
  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and to develop and implement solutions.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional client support, including technical guidance, training, and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in radio frequency systems, with a strong background in system design, development, and implementation.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, with expertise in radio frequency systems, system integration, and testing.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional Certifications: Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or equivalent certification.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the defense, security, and enterprise computing industries.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual environment.
