- Menu Management: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget, ensuring that the menu remains competitive and appealing to customers.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, setting work schedules and ensuring that all staff members are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all stock levels are adequate and that supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Supplier Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring that the restaurant receives the best possible deals.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
- Work Language: English
