Mechanical Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator to support our Mechanical team at Wildstone Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Setup and Administration: Establish and maintain project filing systems, assist with project billings and cost accounting, and create and update project directories.
  • Contract Management: Support the contract management process, including tendering and awarding work, reviewing and processing invoices, and assisting with document review and inquiries.
  • Project Support: Assist with material take-offs, procurement, RFI process, general administrative tasks, milestone tracking, and drawing distribution.
  • Project Closeout: Prepare warranty packages, collect manuals, create turnover documents, assist with site demobilization, and archive documentation.
  • Core Values: Foster effective interaction with other company departments, establish a culture of accountability, and build trust within the Wildstone Group community.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction industry, with familiarity with project setup, subcontract management, change orders, RFIs, and closeouts.
  • Mechanical Experience: Mechanical experience is preferred, with estimating experience being a plus.
  • Education and Certifications: Hold a Plumbing/Pipefitting Journeyperson Certificate, EIT designation in mechanical engineering, or equivalent background, or relevant trade designation and experience.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Procore, Salus, Laborchart is beneficial.
  • Computer Literacy: Possess basic computer literacy skills.
