Job Summary

Project Coordinator, System Strategy & Quality Analytics

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join the System Strategy & Quality Analytics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytical expertise in the financial and technical review, evaluation, and maintenance of project documentation, project management tools, and executive reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical expertise in the financial and technical review, evaluation, and maintenance of project documentation, project management tools, and executive reports.
  • Perform analysis on and documentation of projects initiated by the organization to ensure organization-wide and departmental objectives are met.
  • Support VCH by ensuring internal and external stakeholders maintain a supportive and mutually beneficial working relationship.
  • Collaborate with project teams and end-user departments on capital and operational projects.
  • Gather information and evaluate interdependencies and associated risks to projects and the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum three years' recent experience in financial analysis and planning in a large, complex service organization.
  • Experience in financial analysis, project planning/management, and technical expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive technical expertise, project/process management, financial analytical skills, and business acumen.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and with various stakeholders.
