Restaurant Manager Job Description

B.C. LTD. o/a Milestones Grill and Bar is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the highest quality and best value.
  • Customer Relations: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and management.
