About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Child Care Provider to join our team at Baharak Farhi. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Care and Development: Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Household Management: Manage the household, including light housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry duties.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the children.
  • Transportation: Transport children to and from school, appointments, and other activities.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of children's activities, meals, and any notable events.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in child care or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a non-smoking and scent-free environment. Public transportation is available.
