Key Responsibilities- Supervise technical staff and work processes of assigned disciplines of a laboratory.
- Perform laboratory duties associated with the detection, prevention, and management of physiological and pathological conditions.
- Forty-eight (48) months previous discipline-related experience.
- Basic knowledge of other disciplines within the department.
- Medical Laboratory Technology diploma (MLT).
- Licenses: Saskatchewan Society of Medical Laboratory Technologists, Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science.
- Intermediate - Computer skills.
- Communication skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Certified by the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science.
- Licensed & registered by Saskatchewan Society Medical Laboratory Technologists.
- Valid driver's license, where required.
