Key Responsibilities:
  • Medication Preparation and Dispensing: Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately to patients.
  • Patient Counseling: Counsel patients on new medications and supplements.
  • Vaccination Administration: Administer vaccinations and provide pharmaceutical professional services.
  • Inventory Management: Control costs and inventory levels within the Pharmacy.
  • Training and Development: Provide training for Pharmacy colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Education and Licensure: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Class A Pharmacist license in Ontario.
  • Customer Service: Superior customer relations and professionalism.
  • Leadership and Performance: Leadership and performance management skills.
  • Business Development: Ability to build business using community-based marketing.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of HealthWatch Pharmacy computer system.
