Position Overview:

The role of a Full Stack Web Developer within the Digital Member Experience team is essential for enhancing our technological offerings. This position focuses on creating innovative solutions that elevate the user experience for our members.

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming software requirements into functional applications, maintaining and enhancing existing systems, and testing new solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Agile Team Lead to develop enterprise-level web applications that provide value to the organization.
  • Enhance and support both external and internal applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to support project execution.
  • Analyze data issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for website improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Integrate security measures during the software development lifecycle.
  • Work closely with architects, team leads, and QA analysts to gather requirements and validate solutions.
  • Ensure all application modifications are thoroughly tested and implemented in a controlled environment.
  • Follow best practices in application architecture and design principles.
  • Utilize automated deployment frameworks for code deployment.
  • Create user-centric applications by considering customer feedback and usability findings.
  • Promote test-driven development and continuous integration practices.
Qualifications:
  • A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in web development.
  • Proficiency in data security practices.
  • Experience with API management and design.
  • Familiarity with the following technologies:
    • ASP.NET
    • C#
    • SQL (queries, views, stored procedures)
    • Angular 2+
    • TypeScript
    • JavaScript
    • CSS
    • Git (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
  • Bonus skills include:
    • .NET Core
    • Azure services experience
    • Comprehensive knowledge of web stack technologies
    • MCSD certification
    • Interest in Digital Marketing
