We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Reversomatic Manufacturing Ltd. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the accounts receivable department.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Coordinate events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth operation of the department.
- Manage Workflows and assign tasks to team members to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Train and Develop team members in financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare and Submit Reports to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure Accuracy of financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
- Coordinate Activities with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Supervise and Mentor a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Manage Computer Systems and technology, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Quick Books, and Simply Accounting.
- Requisition and Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Arrange for Maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Health Care Plan available to employees.
- Free Parking available on site.
