At TLA EXPRESS INC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role. The Executive Director will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs. They will also be responsible for representing the organization in negotiations and other official functions. The successful candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The position offers a competitive salary, group insurance benefits, and a permanent work arrangement. The work language is English, and the work hours are 40 hours per week. The Executive Director will be responsible for selecting middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, and delegating the necessary authority to them. They will also be responsible for creating optimum working conditions and ensuring the security and safety of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of budgetary responsibility and the ability to coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments. They will also have the ability to establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
