Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and control production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure that all products meet our quality and safety standards, conducting regular quality control checks and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Train and develop production staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food processing industry.
  • Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire production staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex production issues.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality regulations, including HACCP and GMP.
