Senior Tax Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Lawyer to join our dynamic team at Labarge Weinstein LLP. As a Senior Tax Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tax-related files, collaborating with our corporate finance and M&A teams to provide tax expertise in connection with transactions.
About the Role:
- Minimum of eight years of solid Canadian tax experience, particularly in respect of tax structuring for venture capital backed financing and M&A transactions.
- Comfort working collaboratively with colleagues and third-party advisors to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
- Ability to provide practical advice on technical matters.
- Identifying and proactively working to find solutions to issues.
- Exceptional client service skills.
