As Plant Manager, your mission is to foster a positive and collaborative environment within your business unit. To achieve this, you will:

  • Formulate and execute a strategic plan for your unit that aligns with the overarching vision;
  • Ensure a healthy and safe workplace for all team members, promoting effective health management by establishing OHS priorities and conducting follow-ups;
  • Set and oversee OHS priorities in accordance with corporate goals;
  • Enhance operational efficiency within your unit while ensuring value for investment;
  • Implement standardized best practices across all functions of your unit's operations;
  • Establish performance metrics (availability, efficiency, FIT) in collaboration with the General Manager;
  • Lead weekly team discussions to review KPIs, address issues, and initiate necessary action plans;
  • Support the execution of optimization initiatives.
