Public Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Coordinator to join our team at Brazilian Beauty Clinic Inc. as a key member of our communications and event planning team.
Key Responsibilities- Event Planning and Development: Develop and execute all types of events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes, including conferences, workshops, and symposia.
- Public Relations and Communications: Oversee the preparation of public written materials, produce educational and publicity programs, and provide consultation on planning and starting new businesses.
- Media Relations: Initiate and maintain contact with the media, prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, and write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff on public relations, communications, and event planning best practices.
- Project Management: Plan and coordinate special publicity events and promotions, conduct public opinion and attitude surveys, and gather, research, and prepare communications materials.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Figma, and Google Drive.
- Language: English.
This is a permanent, full-time position with 40 hours of work per week.
