About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our locations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Maintain a friendly, efficient, and positive demeanor towards customers, clients, and coworkers, adapting to their needs and preferences.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Inspect and clean assigned areas, using judgment to determine the most effective cleaning techniques and equipment.
  • Equipment and Supplies: Safely use and maintain housekeeping equipment and solutions, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly stocked.
  • Interpersonal Relationships: Promote effective communication and teamwork, maintaining professional conduct at all times.
  • Productivity and Efficiency: Assist in improving departmental productivity and efficiency, adhering to training commitments and component goals.
Requirements
  • Prior Experience: Past cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
  • Adaptability: Respond effectively to changing demands and priorities.
