About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Store Operations: Assist with the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Merchandising and Visual Display: Use merchandising standards to create visually appealing and stimulating store displays, showcasing our products in an attractive and inviting manner.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers on the sales floor, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage product returns, and receive and process incoming store merchandise to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Store Maintenance: Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and standards.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Retail: Previous experience in specialty retail or a retail environment is preferred but not required.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store.
  • Customer Focus: Show a demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods, lift medium to large items (up to 40 pounds), and use appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings (if required for the role).
  • Language Skills: Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages are an asset.
