Job Title: Night Clerk

Rest Inn Terrace is seeking a Night Clerk to join our team. As a Night Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Room Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services to guests.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
