About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent and Business Operations Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing talent, and ensuring operational excellence in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Champion: Conduct final interviews for key positions, source and select candidates, and oversee the hiring process.
  • Training & Development: Manage all training-related functions, develop and execute the store's training strategy, and work with the Store Director and Education partners.
  • Performance Assessment & Development: Write and deliver annual performance reviews, oversee performance management situations, and ensure timely feedback is delivered.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead store operations, ensure execution of processes, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales performance, staffing, and payroll, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
  • Proven ability to create teams, attract and identify talented store leaders, and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
