Job Summary:

The Senior Case Associate is a key role in the administration of insurance proposals, responsible for ensuring the quality and production of proposals from verification to mailing of the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze applications and submit records to medical underwriters as needed
  • Adjust accounting entries and arrange for premiums to be paid
  • Issue or decline contracts and communicate with advisors and clients
  • Communicate daily with advisors to ensure they are aware of the status of the file and have all necessary information

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism (French and English, both oral and written) to communicate with clients across Canada and worldwide
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and over the phone
  • Knowledge of Sun Life systems (Ingenium, MLIF, customer service desk)
