Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at North-Ed(1994)Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to meet meal preparation needs.
  • Recruit and train food service staff to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
