Senior Corporate Tax Manager

About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced tax professional to lead our corporate tax team. As a Senior Corporate Tax Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing tax strategies to minimize the bank's tax liability
- Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Managing tax audits and disputes
- Providing tax advice to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to collect and provide tax information
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in corporate taxation
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Accounting designation required
- Working knowledge of corporate taxes for the assigned jurisdiction(s)/portfolio
- Working knowledge of tax accounting concepts
- Working knowledge of specialized tax return software
