About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at 2441826 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including vegetables and fruit, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Multi-Tasking: Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet the demands of a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
