Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including all work surfaces, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage locations.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and trash appropriately.
  • Perform floor maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
  • Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting as required.
