Key Responsibilities:

  • Mounting and servicing tires and wheels
  • Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires as needed
  • Securing and rebalancing wheels
  • Installing, recalibrating, and maintaining Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS)
  • Testing and replacing batteries
  • Utilizing and caring for service equipment
  • Supporting team members in various tasks
  • Conducting test drives for quality assurance
  • Operating service vehicles for offsite assistance and emergency services

Experience: Les Schwab offers avenues for skill enhancement through practical training.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong customer service aptitude
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Regular lifting of weights ranging from 35-75 pounds
  • Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking, and standing

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly Wage: $23.75
