Job Summary

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our Commercial Risk Management team in British Columbia. As a key member of our team, you will provide professional, sophisticated, and confidential marketing support to our Account Executive and Leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Client Service teams and Brokers with client presentations, underwriter proposals, and other key documents.
  • Creation of templates and other key documents in accordance with Aon Branding guidelines.
  • Setting up and running of online presentations via Teams and other online programs.
  • Other related administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year administrative experience recommended.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • An understanding of design and technical writing background is helpful.
  • Strong use of online tools, Teams, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, refined organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, and work with a multitude of individuals across the organization.
