Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at Wesco International, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue within a specific region or line of business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to meet customer needs, achieve sales targets, and drive business growth.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales and marketing programs, initiatives, and campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to ensure Wesco remains competitive and innovative.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
The Sales Manager will work in an office environment, with frequent travel to customer sites, warehouse facilities, and other locations as needed. The role requires a strong ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
