About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at Panago. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dishroom and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Handling: Assist in the preparation and handling of food, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Dishroom Operations: Operate dishwashers, wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware, and maintain a clean and organized dishroom.
  • Stock Management: Assist in stocking refrigerators and salad bars, and handle and store cleaning products.
  • Garbage and Recycling: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and free of clutter.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a fast-paced environment that requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a team. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
