Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Optimization: Manage plant resources efficiently to ensure maximum productivity and minimize waste.
  • Team Safety and Well-being: Ensure the health and safety of all team members under your supervision, and promote a culture of safety awareness throughout the plant.
  • Production Planning: Monitor production and finishing priorities, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Training and Development: Welcome new employees, train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster harmonious working relationships between teams and departments, and promote open communication throughout the plant.
  • Compliance and Improvement: Ensure compliance with all rules and methods, and actively participate in work planning and organization meetings to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience supervising personnel in the manufacturing sector.
  • Ability to analyze and summarize complex data.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership and motivational skills to inspire and guide team members.
  • Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
