About the Role

Hello Nori Inc. is seeking a skilled Sushi Master to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality sushi dishes to meet the expectations of our discerning customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Records

Ensure that records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory are accurately maintained to inform menu planning and inventory management decisions.

Prepare and Cook Sushi

Prepare and cook a variety of sushi dishes, including classic rolls, sashimi, and other specialty items, to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Plan Menus and Ensure Quality Standards

Work with our culinary team to plan menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
