Job Summary:Arcadis is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Resilience team in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario, Canada. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team led by an Area Resource Manager.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing project management on small, large, and complex environmental projects, including development and management of scope, schedule, budget, technical resources, project risks evaluation and mitigation, and procurement.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide project management on environmental projects, including contaminated site investigations, feasibility studies, remediation design and implementation, hydrogeological studies, and monitoring programs.
- Manage and direct technical tasks and field programs for contaminated site investigations, feasibility studies, remediation design and implementation, hydrogeological studies, and monitoring programs.
- Provide technical expertise in support of ongoing business pursuits and environmental projects in various sectors, including oil and gas, mining, power, infrastructure, brownfields, and industrial redevelopment.
- Ensure that site/client project management objectives are defined and met, including scope, schedule, and cost.
- Prepare and review reports, work plans, specifications, and proposals; manage technical budgets and provide oversight of intermediate and junior staff work for regulatory compliance and technical accuracy, QA/QC.
- 10+ years of direct experience with respect to contaminated sites and site remediation.
- Registered and/or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) in Ontario.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Willing to travel to project sites and meetings as required.
