About the Job:
- We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at TD SYNNEX Canada ULC, specializing in network security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast and achieve monthly sales targets for network security solutions, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
- Process and fulfill orders accurately and on time, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Meet daily performance standards in calls, orders, sell time, and quotas, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Resolve pricing discrepancies, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing for customers.
- Position network security products to meet customer needs, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Manage return authorizations and liaise with vendors on promotions, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Identify new sales opportunities and assist with sales initiatives, staying ahead of the competition.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and vendors, building trust and credibility.
- Manage customer expectations and promote TD SYNNEX as a value-add, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay informed on competitive landscape and pricing structures, ensuring TD SYNNEX remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in network security solutions, with a strong understanding of the industry.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in sales/marketing preferred, with a focus on business development and sales strategy.
- Strong desire to learn and adapt, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Proficient in inventory management and sales forecasting, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint, with experience in creating presentations and reports.
- Ability to work in a team and occasionally extend working hours, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and business growth.
Compensation:
Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables, including geographic location, work experience, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. The average compensation for this role is $60,000.00-$70,000.00.
