Door Installation Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Door Installer to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing doors and related hardware in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions
  • Determine the most effective installation procedures and layout for each job
  • Measure and mark guidelines for accurate installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including loading and unloading trucks
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms as needed
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations
  • Work a regular 35-40 hour week, with opportunities for overtime as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-6 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials
