Network Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to join our team at SAZAN IT CONSULTING INC.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating access and use of computer networks, installing web server hardware and software, and maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate access and use of computer networks
- Install web server hardware and software
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer LANs, WANs, mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment
- Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks
- Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software
- Provide problem-solving services to network users
- Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures
- Perform routine network start-up and close-down and maintain control records
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations
- Set up local area networks and connections to the Internet
- Implement network traffic and security monitoring software and optimize server performance
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks. They must have excellent attention to detail and be able to sit for extended periods.
Personal Suitability:
We are looking for a candidate who is accurate, client-focused, efficient in interpersonal skills, has excellent oral and written communication skills, takes initiative, is organized, and a team player.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have a college/CEGEP education and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
Language:
The working language is English.
Hours:
The working hours are 30 hours per week.
