Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Supervisor at OC OPEN CONNECTION LTD, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily store activities and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 employees, including apprentices and sales associates.
  • Task Delegation: Assign specific duties to sales personnel to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Financial Transactions: Authorize payments and manage returns to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Inventory Control: Order and organize merchandise, ensuring stock levels meet customer demand.
  • Schedule Coordination: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing at all times.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues to enhance satisfaction.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews to foster employee development and productivity.
Qualifications
