The Role

We are seeking passionate and energetic retail associates (skin care coaches) to join our growing team. As a skin care coach, you will be responsible for coaching our guests into personalized skin care training programs and supporting our skin care trainers throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach guests into personalized skin care training programs
  • Support skin care trainers throughout the day
  • Connect with regular guests and build relationships with new guests
  • Use your sense of humor, natural people skills, and empathy to make guests feel welcome
  • Set personal goals with managers and trainers
  • Take responsibility for learning other areas of the company
Requirements
  • Full-time availability, 4-5 shifts a week with both weekend days available
  • Part-time availability, 3 shifts a week with one weekend day available
  • Energetic individuals with retail experience and a passion for skin care
  • Innovative trouble-shooters who think on their feet and provide customer-oriented solutions
  • Frontline motivators who continuously coach their team to meet goals and exceed expectations
