Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and seasonal plans for significant initiatives and product launches.
  • Oversee a continuous marketing process to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials and consumer engagement activities.
  • Execute tactics that broaden brand reach across various marketing channels, including public relations, social media, paid advertising, ambassador programs, event marketing, and visual merchandising.
  • Create and present marketing briefs to both internal and external creative teams to inspire innovative marketing solutions.
  • Manage sponsorships and partnerships to drive sales growth through strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to amplify brand visibility and product innovation.
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, operations, and finance.
  • Align local marketing tactics with global strategies in partnership with the Speedo International Brand Marketing team.
  • Identify consumer trends and build relationships with key consumer groups to stay informed on market dynamics.
  • Customize project trackers and timelines to ensure efficient project management.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing consumer products with a focus on in-store merchandising execution.
  • Proficient in contract negotiation and management, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
  • Broad knowledge of various marketing functions and a passion for creating engaging consumer experiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively and build relationships.
  • Understanding of retail business models and responsible for maintaining partner marketing relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
