About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Manulife and John Hancock. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our monthly and quarterly deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  3. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  1. University degree in accounting, finance, or business management.
  2. 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a large multinational organization.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  5. Knowledge of financial software and systems, such as Essbase and Infor.
