Job Title: Business Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team at IRIS R&D Group Inc. in a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain information systems to support business operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments to ensure the security and integrity of data, software, and hardware.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality assurance practices.
  • Administer tests and interpret results to ensure the quality of software products and information systems.
  • Liaise with management, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Judgement and analytical skills.
  • Organized and efficient interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
